Stephanie Foy is a Shamanic Healer, Certified Firewalk Instructor, NYS Licensed Massage Therapist, Advanced CranioSacral Therapist. Stephanie owns The Center for Dimensions in Healing in Pownal, Vermont and is a Teaching Assistant for the Upledger Institute's CranioSacral Therapy courses and The Center for Natural Wellness School of Massage Therapy. Stephanie is dedicated to her passion of putting people in touch with their optimal selves and higher purpose.

Having been diagnosed in 1996 with Progressive Multiple Sclerosis, the severity of her symptoms led her to seek alternative therapy. In 1999, after having spent a year in a wheelchair, and losing vision, Stephanie made the decision to change her reality to one of optimal health. Through shamanism, creative visualization, craniosacral therapy and somatoemotional release she released the disease from her body and is dedicated to sharing her passion with others. She believes strongly that health comes from within and that we can each affect our own optimal well-being. Stephanie works with others to facilitate the willingness to change old beliefs and to embrace divinity.
